Hand pain healer contrast bath

I have strained muscles in both of my hands and straight up plain Epsom salts so nothing for me, so here’s my magic secret. I fill two sinks in my kitchen full of water, one warm-hot and the other ice cold. In the hot sink I put 3 tbs of mustard bath and 2-3 tbs of the wild ginger and sweet orange bath. I like this combo of the two bath blends because I find the mustard bath heals inflammation better and the wild ginger and sweet orange helps keep my hands more moisturized and less itchy after I finish my hand baths. I place my hands in the hot bath for 3 min, then the cold bath for 3 min and repeat this 3-4 times. There was a month I struggled to type at work and this magical practice saved me. I call it the Barefoot Venus potion contrast bath ;)
